This gentle class incorporates stretching, strengthening, meditation and focused breath work to support a relaxed and powerful center. Lisa focuses on teaching healthy alignment and form in the poses in an encouraging and supportive manner. Classes are influenced by the Iyengar tradition.

Fee Schedule

  • Drop-in - $15 per class

  • Series of 10 classes - $100

  • Sliding scale available
