Body Vitality offers Courses, Yoga, Guided Mediation, Belly Dance, Funk Fusion, Dance Exercise, Self-defense Classes and more. Come enjoy our classes on the Big Island of Hawaii and online. Body Vitality - where feeling good is fun! Unlike many health and fitness businesses, we empower you to maintain a strong healthy body and improved wellbeing in an easy to maintain way. We do so by teaching fun and easy techniques that enhance the best things in your life. We teach you how to use your everyday activities as a source of healthy exercise and create lifelong positive changes so you don’t need as much intervention to “recover” or “undo” from your day
ABOUT ME
I have a bountiful zest for life with many varied interests! At the core of my philosophy is the desire to bring people the gift of health, well being and freedom in movement to live true to one’s nature. In my teaching, I strive to create an engaging, playful atmosphere in which everyone can learn from and encourage one another. I have a particular desire to help people of all ages and walks of life to improve athleticism, vitality, and maintain a healthy spine throughout life with Yoga I love teaching the Yoga. I find it a great joy to support others in getting the most out of life through learning healthy posture and movement.
